I'm Erica Felder Terrance, and I was born in Mississippi but left when I grew up, setting out on a journey to find my direct calling. I became a social worker because I have a genuine desire to help others. I want to make a difference in people's lives, and I believe that social work is the best way to do that.

I'm Erica Felder Terrance, and I was born in Mississippi but left when I grew up, setting out on a journey to find my direct calling. I became a social worker because I have a genuine desire to help others. I want to make a difference in people's lives, and I believe that social work is the best way to do that.
I've been helping people for as long as I can remember. I was raised in a community service-focused family, so it's something I've always done. As the founder of a financial literacy company, a nonprofit organization, and an upcoming consultancy firm, I continue to dedicate my time and energy to making a difference in the lives of others. Children in need and neighborhood-based groups are among my main causes.
I aim to provide a safe haven and a more positive future for kids who believe they aren't capable of achieving it. I want my community to discover something new with each post I share, whether it's about mental health, how to become a homeowner in general or even just a fresh approach to doing things financially. I also wish to offer a resource for those who want to get started in business or college. To me, failure is not an option. I believe that knowledge is power, and I feel strongly about sharing what I know with others.
I'm committed to helping people reach their full potential, and I'll continue to work hard to make that happen. Follow me to grow with me on this journey.

I want to be able to help people and children around the world and help them build a life they never knew they could have. I want to use my skills and knowledge to help others improve their financial situation.

As Executive Director of Terrance Treasures, a non-profit organization, I help people every day to work towards their dreams. I love what I do because I see the difference it makes in people's lives. It's so rewarding to be able to help others and make a difference in the world.
